Maturation

Continuing from yesterday's Denbies theme.

There were seven barrels, each with a different stage of the denbies own wine making process.

This is the Maturation Barrel, the others are Training Harvesting, Pressing, Prunning, Maturation, Bottling, and Tasting

Due to the longer summers enjoyed in the UK, Denbies are able to bottle their wine earlier than their european competiotors.

If you look well you'll see three wine corks in front of the barrel at the bottom.
